Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to make payment of arrears of salary as well as current salary. From the pleading it appears that the real grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application inter se seniority of the petitioner and one Yugal Kishor Pandey. Considering the dispute between petitioner and Yugal Kishor Pandey the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to decide the claim of seniority of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14183 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner and Yugual Kishor Pandey after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as Yugal Kishor Pandey within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, while taking decision the respondent District Programme Officer shall also consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of salary of the petitioner for the period he has worked but not paid salary. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
