While the deceased Hridyanand Singh was at his newly constructed house where the informant, his wife Budha Devi was also present, it h as been alleged that all the accused (including the petitioners) came, caught hold Hridyanand Singh and Radhekant Upadhayay, one of them shot at causing death of deceased. Admittedly, petitioners have been shown along with others to have apprehended the deceased and in the aforesaid background, petitioners Munna Upadhyay @ Saroj Kumar Upadhyay, Lakru Ram @ Lakra Ram @ Abhay Ram are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48533 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 each, to the satisfaction of learned Ad-hoc A.D.J.-IIIrd, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Akhodhi Gola P.S. Case No.88 of 2014.
