ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-08-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a leave to make a representation ventilating his grievance with regard to the refund of the Security Deposit, EMD and the deductions made by the authorities and prayed this Hon'ble Court to direct the authorities to pass orders on the said representation.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the authority concerned ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.7461 of 2015(8) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 today. On such representation being made, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law and necessary orders passed. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the authority concerned shall grant the petitioner an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from date of receipt of the representation. With the above said directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
