Petitioner happens to be the husband of deceased who cannot shirk from his own responsibility, that too, when there is specific disclosure having his wife murdered at his place on account of non fulfilment of demand of dowry in lieu of motorcycle and for that, apart from presence of persistent demand, there also happens to be consistent evidence regarding torture having meted out to the deceased, Puja Devi.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
