The petitioner challenges the order of transfer dated 16.05.2017 by which the petitioner who was posted as constable in Battalion 131 has been transferred and posted in Battalion 132 at Jammu and Kasmir.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was suffering left leg snow burnt case (D.V.T) and bronchitis. He was sent to various hospitals for treatment and thereafter he was found fit to
Patna High Court CWJC No.12146 of 2017 dt.07-09-2017 2/2 resume his duties by the Chief Medical Officer, Composite Hospital C.R.P.F., New Delhi on 30.04.2016 to perform light duty. He submits that by letter dated 17.05.2017, he has been transferred from Battalion 131 to Battalion 132 at Jammu and Kasmir and for his ailment he will face health problems and has filed representation before the concerned authority.
Let the petitioner filed a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2, Director General of Police C.R.P.F., Lodhi Road, New Delhi which will be considered by the respondent no. 2 within 8 weeks.
