JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2022 In compliance of the order of this Court, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali, has passed a reasoned order dated 30.4.2019 whereby and whereunder certain petitioners have been granted benefit, however, certain petitioners have been denied the benefits, as prayed for by them.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners, who have been denied benefit by the said order dated 30.4.2019, seeks and is granted liberty to challenge the same by taking recourse to such remedies as are available in law. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
