JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No.2 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner No. 2 apprehends his arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to have given iron rod blow on the head of the informant due to which, he sustained grievous injury on his head, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner No. 2 namely, Pappy Jha @ Aklu Jha and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner No. 2 in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014 stands rejected.
