====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

Further, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph no. 1 of the bail application, in course of the day.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 118/2020 for the offence registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C. The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 26.10.2020

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57090 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/3 at about 400 P.M. in the evening, the daughter of the informant, went to visit Dussahara Fair and in course of returning to her home, she was kidnapped by some unknown miscreants on the point of weapon with a bad intention.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim has been recovered. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded wherein she has alleged that she had left the house out of her own will. She has not supported the allegation made in the F.I.R. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Katihar, in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020, subject to
