2. This the second attempt of regular bail of the petitioner. Earlier, his prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 31.01.2024 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 2579 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner in his petition has taken the defence that this Court had taken consideration of bail application on the ground of section 35(2) of the POCSO Act which indicates that in one year the trial has to be completed. In this case one year has not been completed from the date of cognizance, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of
