2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 628 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 109 of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Vikash Kumar is said to have fired at the victim causing gun shot injury to the victim.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 2.12.2024.

5. Considering the facts of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45097 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 628 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Rajapakar Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. After being released on bail, the petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial by appearing personally till the framing of charge and after framing of charge he is directed to cooperate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
