Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, co-accused Shyam Kumar was arrested and made his confessional statement and except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused Shyam Kumar, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation several co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.
