2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35, 37 of Arms Act.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 27.03.2024 at 9:30 AM, when informant along with Harendra Singh and Raj Mohan Singh was sitting at his door, co-accused Rahul Chaudhary and Rajesh Chaudhary came there and told him to sign on a paper. It is alleged that co-accused Rahul Chaudhary pointed country made pistol on the informant and when informant and others tried to stop him, he fell down, sustained minor injury and got caught. Upon search, three cartridges of 315 bore and a Passion Pro motorcycle was recovered. 3.1 During course of investigation, it has come that as a matter a fact, on 27.03.2024, Rahul Chaudhary along with his

No.46852 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 father, Rajesh Chaudhary, went to the house of Mukhiya (who is daughter-in-law of the petitioner) for signature where this petitioner demanded Rs. 10,000/- for getting the papers signed. When Rahul Chaudhary told him that he would get the money through Court, this petitioner and his sons brutally assaulted them. Injury report of Rahul Chaudhary shows that he sustained injury beside the right eye. Apart from this, petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
