2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarkhan P.S. Case No. 150 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, four unknown miscreants came on two motorcycle, on the point of pistol looted away a cash of Rs. 80,000/- from the informant. It is further alleged that the unknown miscreants have also fired upon the informant, due to which he sustained injury.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from his possession. His name has figured in confessional statement of coaccused, except that there is nothing against the petitioner. It has also

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhan P.S. Case No. 150 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
