Let the petitioner, Sohan Chaurasia, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Biharsharif in connection with Laheri PS Case No.343 of 2013. One surety will be executed by a close blood relation and other by an elected representative of the area.
