The only issue that was raised by the petitioner to question the appointment of the private respondent to the post of Anganbari Sevika is that the educational qualification held by the private respondent was not genuine. It is on the direction of this Court that a counter affidavit has been filed and the authorities of the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board confirm the certificate of the private respondent on its genuineness. No cause for indulgence is made out in the circumstances present.

The writ petition is disposed of.
