JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 At the time of pronouncement of the order dated 16.07.2019, it transpired that there is typographical error in the first paragraph as well as prayer portion of the petition as to name of the Police Station. The case relates to Deodha Police Station, but in the paragraph one as well as prayer portion instead of Deodha Police Station, it was wrongly typed as Jaynagar Police Station. Noticing the above, the case has been listed today for verification. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits the typographical error in the name of the Police Station. Considering the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the course of the day in paragraph one as well as prayer portion of the petition. So that the appropriate correction made in the order dated 16.07.2019.

Accordingly, the order dated 16.07.2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
