Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the first information report has been lodged against unknown and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.598 of 2021(4) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
