The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 384 of 2014 registered under Section 353 and other allied Sections of Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioners is that they were pelting stone on the police party causing injury to the police party.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are only members of mob and they have no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in jail custody since 03.11. 2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Udwant Nagar P. S. Case No. 384 of 2014.
