Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a),37(c) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the FIR named accused person including the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 22.04.2019. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
