2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parihar P. S. Case No. 204 of 2020 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per prosecution case, this petitioner was Ward Secretary of the Ward Implementation and Management Committee and allegation against him is of embezzlement of government money under the scheme of Mukhya Mantri Sat Nischay Yojna .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that t is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the F.I.R.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46144 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 was lodged against Ward Member, namely Abdul Rahim Ansari. He further submits that the entire amount of the scheme was transferred in the account of son of the informant by cheque and only with a view to save the skin of his son this false and concocted case has been lodged and this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2025 . 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application .
6. Considering the nature of accusation , clean antecedent of this petitioner and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.
