The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tr. No. 6396 of 2016 arising out of Protest/Complaint Case No. C-591 of 2014 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the admitted position that initially the petitioner was named in the FIR and on completion of investigation the police found the accusation against the petitioner to be false and the police report was accepted by the learned Magistrate, the petitioner, who has been summoned in the complaint case for the same offence, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41922 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Tr.
