Petitioner, Akash Gond @ Akash Kumar @ Akash Kumar Gour, being the sole assailant of informant Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary by means of Chhura is under custody since 18.11.2013 and on account thereof, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc Additional District Judge-III, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 1208/2013 subject to the condition that petitioner will not influence/terrorize the witnesses during course of trial. If any sort of complaint on that very score is made before the learned trial court, the learned trial court will be at liberty to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
