CORAM:
HONOURABLE MR.
JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 Learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda Camp Court, Hilsa, has allowed anticipatory bail to opposite party Nos. 2 to 5 in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34318 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 2/2 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, 504, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted that while considering the case for grant of anticipatory bail to opposite party Nos. 2 to 5, the court below failed to consider the injury report, which was available on record.
Be that as it may, since no ground has been taken of any misuse of privilege of bail, so granted to opposite party Nos. 2 to 5, I am not inclined to entertain this application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
