2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 74 and 3 (5) of the BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R., informant namely Rubi devi alleged that on 06.04.2025 , all the accused persons including these petitioners were conducting Bhumi Pujan on the land of the informant, when informant side opposed the same , then all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted one Pukar Paswan, Lalan Paswan and one Bibha devi due to which they sustained injury .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48912 of 2025(2) dt.31-07-2025 2/2 the parties are agnates and there is land dispute in between the parties. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 183 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
