JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04/ 08.04.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the ground that mobile set, through which call of ransom was made, was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 07.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no.403/2014 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the court below after completing one year in custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 5.10.2013 and his trial is pending as yet. Report of the learned trial court as well as Superintendent of Police reveal that only four prosecution witnesses could be

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.
