2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact, the informant has been assaulted by other criminals. No motive against the petitioner has been assigned in the entire first information report. The place of occurrence is doubtful. The accusation of assault near the house of the informant is improbable in nature. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP, opposes the anticipatory bail petition on the basis of the case diary, submitting that the injury report of the informant corroborates the accusation of assault on his face and the nature of injury is grievous.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/Chandran U T
