JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application dated 12.02.2018 before the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari for grant of arms license, however, the same has not been disposed of despite the fact that the petitioner has produced all the documents. Having regard to the short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari to dispose of the pending application of the petitioner for grant of license, if the same has not already been disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/
