Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Panaura P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased and that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is also submitted that there is no specific allegation against them. Further he submits that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 99 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
