Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dighwara P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.24409 of 2021, by which similarly situated co-accused namely, Rajkishore Rai, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

For the reason recorded in the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56741 of 2021(2) dt.15-02-2022 2/2 21.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24409 of 2021, this application is also allowed as this petitioner is also not a close relative of the deceased and his role is not there in the killing of the deceased.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
