2. The petitioners who apprehend arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 383 of 2026 lodged on 11.05.2026, for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, the petitioners along with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48532 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/3 co-accused persons entered into the house of informant and started abusing and assaulting her. It is alleged that when the husband of informant came to rescue, all the accused persons including the petitioners, assaulted him causing injuries over his head and right hand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather the same is omnibus and general in nature. Learned counsel further submits that both the sides are agnates and there is case and counter case between the parties for the same day and place of occurrence, in which the petitioners' side also sustained injuries. Further, the petitioners are having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) each, as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Jehanabad, in connection
