1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the instant writ petition filed by the petitioner in the nature of writ of Mandamus to the quash the order dated 19.01.2023, passed by the D.P.O., Arariya (Respondent No.3) in Anganbari Appeal No.81/2018-19, the D.P.O. passed an order totally wrong the appeal was filed by the Respondent No.5 but the D.P.O., Arariya not consider the main fact."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.10867 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
