2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1044 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. 15 unknown criminals have committed dacoity. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is accused in another case of loot. He is in custody since 04.04.2025.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the antecedent as well as the fact that the petitioner is an absconder,

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
