2. Pursuant to the order dated 11.12.2023, the Circle Officer, Lauira, West Champaran has appeared.

3. The learned counsel for the State Shri Birju Prasad submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the petitioner has given a letter to this effect through the Circle Officer.

4. In these circumstances, this application has become infructuous.

5. However, the copies of the letters in possession
