2 Petitioner claims to have been working in the service of the respondent-Corporation since 1981. He is claiming regularization. It is submitted that petitioner has crossed the age of retirement during pendency of the writ petition. However, his claim has not been considered.
3 Specific stand taken by the respondent-Corporation in paragraph 18 of the counter affidavit is that the State authorities have yet to respond to the approval of the service of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.17088 of 2013 dt.06-10-2018 2/2 which was requisitioned under order dated 16.12.2006 (Annexure 8 of the writ petition).
4 Since the matter is yet to be considered by the State authorities, this Court would consider it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No 1 to take a final decision in accordance with law on the claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
