Patna High Court MJC No.2716 of 2016 (5) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 21-08-2018 This MJC application has been filed for readmission of the M.A. No. 456 of 2014 to its original file with the case that earlier Mr. Niraj Kumar, Advocate was appearing in the case on behalf of the petitioners, but subsequently with his consent fresh power was filed in the case on 01.08.2008. As the name of the newly engaged advocate of the petitioners is not reflected in the cause list, he could not turn up before the court and complied the order dated 01.04.2016 of the Lawazima Board. Consequently, the aforesaid M.A. No. 456 of 2014 was dismissed for default on 20.07.2016 by this Court. Appellant has already deposited deficit court fee of Rs. 220/- on 25.07.2016 and he is ready to remove the defects as pointed out by the stamp reporter during the course of the day.
