This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Marhowarah P.S. Case No. 829 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 337, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30, 30(a) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the allegation against the petitioners is of selling liquor which is banned in the State, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2464 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
