The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner fled away from stolen vehicle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.2.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner and the informant are neighbours. Due to business rivalry the present case has been instituted against the petitioner. The allegation made in the F.I.R. is denied by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IVth, Barh, Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. case No.12 of 2017.
