Petitioners seek regular bail registered for the offences punishable under sections 8/20(b)(ii) C/22(c) of the NDPS Act.

Police raided a house and arrested four persons including the petitioner and recovered one kilogram Smac (Morfin).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. They are in custody since 25.5.2021. Charge sheet

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that huge quantity of narcotic substance has been recovered from the house in which petitioner was also present and was apprehended on the spot.
