This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that victim was not willing to go with the petitioner but she went on persuasion by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 14.08.2014.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi (Ramgarh) P. S. Case No. 94 of 2014.
