2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paraiya P. S. Case No. 71 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64804 of 2023 with an observation to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year with liberty that if trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, petitioner may renew the prayer for bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date out of 9 chargesheeted wtinesses only 3 have been

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, tardy progress of trial, period of custody and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed . Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional sessions Judge - Xth Gaya in connection with Paraiya P. S. Case No. 71 of 2023 .
