JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 03.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 904/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during trial seven charge sheeted witnesses were examined but they all have been declared hostile by the prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and evidence of witnesses, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
