JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (i) For issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to renew certificate of authority of petitioner and also for making her payment of all dues with respect to commission @ 4%; on deposits made by her as well as admissible interest thereon from the date it became due to be paid till the date of actual payment."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law.
