JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 03-06-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27026 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but parental name of petitioner No. 1 has wrongly been typed as "Putul Kumari Daughter of Sunil Yadav" in place of "Putul Kumari Wife of Kuldeep Yadav." Hence a prayer has been made to modify the parental name of petitioner No. 1.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that in the cause, title of the order dated 03-06-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27026 of 2017, the parental name of petitioner No. 1 be read as "Putul Kumari Wife of Kuldeep Yadav" in place of "Putul Kumari Daughter of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35384 of 2017 (2) dt.02-08-2017 Sunil Yadav". The time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. If the petitioners surrender in the court below, in that event, they will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 03-06-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27026 of 2017.

This modification application is, accordingly, disposed off.
