JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Re: I.A. no. 01 of 2019 The present interlocutory application has been filed for substituting the deceased- petitioner by his legal heirs. I.A. no. 01 of 2019 is allowed and the registry is directed to substitute the deceased-petitioner with his legal heirs, whose details have been mentioned in paragraph no. 2 of the present interlocutory application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18584 of 2016(6) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 Re: CWJC no. 18584 of 2016 It appears that the substantial amount of retiral dues have been paid, however there are certain retiral dues outstanding which are required to be paid to the petitioner herein.

In such view of the matter, I grant liberty to the substituted petitioners to approach the respondent no. 1 by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today who shall ensure payment of the outstanding amount of retiral dues within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
