Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail on 21.06.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 49873 of 2016 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Complaint Case No. 416 of 2015, but due to illness of the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of the petitioners as per order dated 21.06.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 49873 of 2016 is further extended by four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35112 of 2017 (2) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 416 of 2015/391 of 2015, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani.
