Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, 3 unknown miscreants looted mobile and motorcycle of the informant. During investigation, on the confessional statement of the co-accused petitioner has been made accused. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Case No. 154 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
