The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case no. 122 of 2016, registered under Sections 120(B), 419, 420, 409 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner was posted as primary teacher at primary school Pipra, but on deputation she was posted at government primary school Katwar, while she was not going to the said school, but on putting his signature on the attendance register got salary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner was present in the school and put her signature and accordingly, she draw her salary, but with ulterior motive, the petitioner has been made accused in this case by the higher authority.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
