4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the University has sent the letter dated 26.02.2021 to respondent no. 7 (Pay-Verification Cell, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna) to verity the pay-slip but till date no order has been passed by the respondent no. 7.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no. 7 (Pay-Verification Cell, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna) is directed to verify the pay slip of the petitioner within a period of six weeks.

6. It is made clear that respondent no. 7 shall be personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulates period.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
