2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A) and 372 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024.
3. The petitioner along with other accused persons, took away the informant's daughter for the purpose of marriage or for ill motive.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there was love and affection between the petitioner and the victim. The victim is on the verge of majority and realizing the

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S.Case No. 63 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
