2. This is 3rd attempt for grant of bail. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 22.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 63740/2022.

3. Trial Court report reveals that after framing of charge on 09.11.2023, the case is running for prosecution evidence and till date, not a single witness has been produced by the prosecution and petitioner is behind bar since 15.09.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
